NONDISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT. Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Ed. Code 234.6, as amended by SB 939 (Ch. 907, Statutes of 2024), requires districts to ensure that resources related to neurodiversity developed by the University of California and California State University Collaborative for Neurodiversity and Learning are readily accessible on the district’s website.
